I’m still working on getting my wife back into reading. To this end, I trapped her for a few hours and forced her to listen to three short audiobooks that I enjoyed and thought she would, too.
That was a very fun, short read. I may even listen again sometime.
**Listened again but with my son this time. Still feel the same about it. He enjoyed it a lot.**
Trying to get my wife into audio books and thought this would be a good pick for her. She liked it quite a bit. Score!
Well I did not expect to get all teared up but I did. Very good.
**second listen with my wife. We both cried a bit.**
As a big fan of stand-up comedy, a USMC vet, and someone who deals with mental health issues, there wasn’t much in this production I couldn’t relate to. I was engrossed in each person’s story and Mary-Louse Parker did a fantastic job bringing it all together.
**Second listen with my USMC vet wife. She enjoyed it.
